Stop posting about Mencho

I know this subreddit is about the Narcos series, but I just want to vent about something that's driving me insane (I'm not even a member of this sub, I just see recommended posts).

Stop talking about the drug lords as if this were fan fiction. How ridiculous you are, glorifying CRIMINALS who have caused immeasurable harm to Mexico and other countries. How ridiculous, asking which cartel wins against which other cartel? Literally making up stories as if they were comics or anime.

Please get out of your bubble. Everything in the series is fiction that further harms those who are truly affected on a daily basis, living with scourges of this kind. Stop asking for fan casts about any drug lord.

They are criminals, not beings who deserve praise or admiration. Stop asking for fiction about events that are happening today and causing suffering to real people.

Best regards.
