App refreshes every time I open it

So this isn't a phone breaking issue. But everytime open the app it will bring me to my home feed and after a second it just refreshes. So whatever I happen to be looking at becomes lost in the algorithm. The only thing I can think of is its trying to show me posts from people I follow but because I only follow one person who never posts its "struggling". But I've been doing this for a couole months and this is onlyba recent issue.

Again, it's not breaking anything. It's just annoying cause ill hop on then be looking at something then its just gone forever.

I have reported this "issue" but I don't expect to hear back from meta.
