Sir Roger Gale: Months ago at PMQs I asked the PM why, as DPP, he did not bring charges against Mohamed Fayed for rape and assault. He said it “did not cross my desk”. Today I asked: given the Met sent two dossiers to the CPS, who saw them and when are charges expected for those who aided Fayed?
