Game performance?

How does the game run for you guys? Even though it looks kind of neat, the game definitely doesn't look like something that should be too demanding. Minimum and Recommended system requirements also supports this idea. However, even with system way above recommended I am not getting high, smooth and stable frames. First off, fps fluctuates a lot - even dipping to 60s. I could get better performance by lowering settings (which are to be honest very shallow too, I'd love to see more options and possibility to tune the game by myself instead of relying on presets) but even after doing some compromises it's not super smooth experience. I hope the answer isn't upscalers and FG, the game should be able to run super smoothly for what it is.
