Dexter Resurrection Blu-ray Duplicate Episode and Mislabeled Discs

Watching Dexter Resurrection on the Three Disc Blu-ray set. Episode 4 "Call Me Red" appears on Disc One and Two of the set. Episode 7 is labeled on Disc Two but is actually on Disc Three but is not on the disc label.
I wonder if this poor quality control is a limited issue or the entire Blu-ray release of this series messed up in the way described. I contacted Paramount about these disc issues but I don't know what kind of response I will get.
