NBA Template builds no longer break animation requirements

I noticed that this year the NBA template builds no longer break attribute requirements.

For example last year when creating a Wemby NBA template build, even though it didn’t meet the requirements for his shooting animations you still got given them “breaking the builder”.

But this year the Wemby NBA template build doesn’t meet the requirements for his dunk package and you don’t get given it.

What’s the point of limiting yourself to these templates when they no longer provide an incentive. They don’t even have the unique names either.
