[system agnostic] "eye opening" - effect / SFX

"Eye opening"-effect / SFX

Hey I am looking for a module that is capable of creating a kind of "eye opening" effect. Meaning a fade from black to the screen (maybe fourth and back simulating the eyes opening after being stranded) when I open a specific scene. Is there a module that does something like that?
