UTI Antibiotic Fever

29, Female, 5’1 189lbs

Hello! I’ve had a UTI before so I know what it is. I started feeling discomfort on Monday and picked up Nitrofurantoin Monohyd Macro. 100MG once every 12 hours with food. I’m on my second day, fourth dose around 3 hours ago and I’m experiencing cold almost chills while covered in two blanketss. I’ve got a a fever fluctuation between 100.6 and 100.8. Could having a third of a gummy 3/1 CBG:THC about a half hour later have anything to do with it?
