My Theory:

- THE BLOODS (Or feds masquerading as them) Are a federal RICO unit (THE HIP HOP POLICE).

- Birdman Controls Rạp with the Feds blessing. He was real back in the day, no way they never came for him, but they never got him. He gets to keep making money, while keeping the who and the content in certain parameters.

- His brother Gangster Williams got out the feds, cancelling his life sentence, after giving them 40 murders from back in the day. Somehow, not 1 led to Birdman, who made him kill his first target as a kid.

- YSL Rico failed because it was part of Birdman's operation. State RICO stepped on federal toes...but it also kinda screwed Thug's career.

- Youngboy was local to Birdman's power base, and he always needs to be on top. He was rising fast.

- Maybe Birdman pulled strings with the feds to help him get out, and handled the King Von setup.

- Wack100 and Birdman are both high ranking music industry Bloods, never in prison, and in the same boat.

- Wack100 is 69's Manager/handler.

- Wack100 & Birdman are the arch feds running bloods music-wise.

- Wack100 & Birdman were 69 & Thugs handlers.

- Birdman is also NBA Youngboy's handler.

- The beef with OTF was to draw out Durk, who was "funding the war in Chiraq"

- King Von's emergence only escalated things, as the feds had wanted him since 2014/"Most Dangerous Block in America" days. Especially once he beat that body.
