Do you think community events are better when they’re competitive or casual?

I’ve seen events that are super relaxed and others that feel like competitive challenges. Both types have their pros and cons. Which style do you think brings out the best engagement in the Bithotel community? I personally enjoy the casual ones, but the competitive ones definitely get more activity.
