are transfer students allowed to select two schools as a transfer?

I’m currently a community college student to get my associates degree after I completed all of my credits and hopefully graduate by Fall 2026. But in the new school year, like let’s say 2027-2028, are students that are currently finishing their last semester like let’s say fall semester, and they transfer to a university that’s in the spring semester, does that mean a spring transfer student can also put the university that’s they’ve committed and applied to? Please let me know, so I can be ready just in time as a transfer student from community college to a university. Thank you!
