Anyone in Durban deal with hypoglycemia?

Just putting this out there to see if anyone else in the area lives with this. It makes normal social stuff a bit harder, but if you know, you know. Would be cool to connect with people who understand.

Not diabetes related hypoglycemia but when your body naturally produces too much insulin on its own

In diabetes, people take insulin to lower high blood sugar. My body makes too much insulin on its own, which forces my blood sugar down. So while the result (hypoglycemia) is the same, the mechanism is completely different. Mine is caused by my pancreas working overtime since birth, not by medication."
