Father's name different in 10th Marksheet and Aadhar - Passport application

My father's name is different in my 10th marksheet, my aadhar card and father's aadhar card.

Case

1. 10th Marksheet - Kishan Lal Vijay

2. My aadhar card - K L Vijayvargiya

3. My father's aadhar card - Kishan Lal Vijayvargiya

Because of 2 and 3 being different, I am not able to link my aadhar card to my father's aadhar card.

Is there a way where I can get an affidavit from notary that these are same persons and submit it along with my passport application?
