Is Nikke censored in Germany ?

I recently heard Nikke is censored in Germany ? Is that true ? I never thought it was censored here. The only game I thought thatchers censored was brown dust 2 and blue archive but I believe blue archive has two versions available here in the playstore/ App Store, one censored and one uncensored. I am also really worried for the whole anime gacha industry with the new age verification act that will come to Germany/ Europe. Will now everything be censored or is that fear not really going to happen ?
