Is This Wait Time Normal for AC Orders?

Andy received my deposit on January 26th for 2 5-motif bracelets. I knew of the LNY approaching but he never mentioned anything about delays. As of Feb 2, I got some work in progress photos for 1 of 2 bracelets but haven’t heard from him since.

It’s my first rep purchase but from reviews in the past it doesn’t seem to have taken as long. Any one with some insight to share?
