What digital art tools work best for recreating the Jazz Cup look?

I’ve been trying to recreate the signature swoosh pattern in Procreate and Photoshop, but I feel like getting the texture right is the biggest challenge. The rough, almost dry-brush feel is hard to replicate digitally without it looking too smooth. If anyone has a specific brush, texture pack, or technique that nails the 90s vibe, I’d love to hear about it.
