Grocery items

I can't sleep so I wanted to share some grocery items that I feel like have helped me treat what I believe is meneiers, still awaiting official diagnosis. I'm going to skip over fresh/homemade meals and stick to shelf stable items. I know that going to the grocery store and checking every single item for sodium and sugar content can be a daunting task. I live in the US and am hoping we can help people on this forum by listing our favorite low sodium and low sugar grocery items. Without further ado:

Low sodium potato chips (many different brands that I've seen like Lays), unleavened frozen bread like Ezekiel 4:9, Jif no sugar added peanut butter, Planters low sodium cashews, Planters low sodium peanuts, honey roasted almonds, honey roasted peanuts, non cheese flavored rice cakes (every other flavor I've checked is low), Simple Truth organic low sodium popcorn, corn tortillas are usually very low in sodium, but not the hard tostada's (I use soft corn tortillas to eat eggs or homemade beans). I'm a candy lover so sinful replacements I like are Granny Smith Apple with lemon juice, fruit leather, dried fruit like mango and apricot, Chocxo Dubai Style Pistachio Cups. The only cheese I've found so far that's low in sodium is swiss (yuck) and Kraft Parmesan. Oh how I love cheese. I miss it so. Please send recommendations.

These grocery items have been life savers for me alongside other interventions like no coffee only water, daily long walks, positive thinking, acceptance, Tylenol, and maybe Meclazine.
