Wifi under maintenance since a week

I am getting messages everyday that there is network issue in my area and wifi will be affected. But everyday the date just keeps extending.

I am on Airtel black, and the stupid chat option in the app gives the same answer.

It’s been a week now, what are my options ? Can I get a discount in bill or extend the number of days in my plan citing lack of service ?

Has anyone faced this issues before ?
