Last pay is wrong

I left tesco last week, its pay day today and im minus atleast £300! I cant get access to my payslip, ive text my manager whos on holiday but said he will look at it (doubt it) what else do i do!?

Am i right in thinking that the friday before pay day is the cut off point? Even if im wrong i shouldnt be out of pocket that much!
