Possible ectopic pregnancy

I have some concerns about a possible ectopic pregnancy :(

I posted on r/lineporn about 5 Days ago and I wanted to ask if anyone has gone through the a similar experience?

I’ll try to include all the dates in this post, for those who don’t want to look at my other posts.

On 13th January I got my last „real“ period.

I faintly tested positive on the 8th/9th February (very very faintly) but started bleeding heavily 11th - 24th February. I tested negative 11th, 12th and 13th - after I stopped testing for a while.

On the 21th I did another test, I posted it on here because it was slightly positive again.

I don’t really have any pain, but I did have poor circulation and felt faint the last few days sometimes.

I went to my OB two days ago and they tested my hcg. According to them it’s 13,8 - so pretty low, right? I’m still waiting on the 48h bloodwork results, but my at home tests are also getting darker again. They also did an ultrasound which showed nothing in Uterus or in the fallopian tubes.

Could this be another pregnancy or a fake positive on February 8th and now an actual early pregnancy? Or an ectopic that is not yet visible?

I am honestly soso scared and I feel the need to converse with others but I don’t really have people in my life to talk to about this. My partner is understanding but he doesn’t really understand my fears.
