2017 RAV4 Hybrid XLE AWD

I went to look at cars yesterday. The one I wanted was already gone and bought. The dealership offered me the Toyota rav4 and it has 83,801 miles. It had one owner and was going for 22,900.00$ . The carfax says it has no major problems and the salesman said that they have other cars in lower price bracket but they are pretty bad in how they run(lots of problems he said). I’ve never owned a Toyota and it’s way more than I wanted to buy for a car but also I have no idea about this type of car since it’s a hybrid. Thoughts?
