I Am Whole

I have always been whole, I live only in the present moment. Forged in the furnace of stars, I am.

I release every illusion of lack, of bondage to time, of exile from this living world.

They were burdens I chose, Now I lay them down.

I ground my root, fear my ancient sentinel. It teaches caution, not captivity, Preparation, not scarcity. In gratitude I see abundance. The smallest act ripples along. I am exactly where I belong.

I soothe my sacral, cradle of the inner child. I feel all joy and pain, yet refuse to drown. Pain instructs me, sacrifice erases. I’m the candle that endures the storm, Returns a blaze, in winds reformed.

I ignite my solar plexus, my unshaded sun. I no longer dim for the sake of comfort. Confidence is truth in motion, will tempered by wisdom. I release the need to control, and embrace to desire to create. I shine not to be seen, but to illuminate.

I open my heart, bridge of earth and sky. I forgive, not because they are right, but for my peace. I forgive myself for closing, love flows boundless now, Compassion’s endless stream. I am the pulse beneath all being.

I clear my throat, sanctuary of my authentic voice. Where false peace in silence ends. My words are sacred vibrations, shaping worlds when spoken true. I speak with love and listen with presence. Within the intention, lives the essence.

I empty my third eye, mirror of unseen truth. Where illusion fails, intuition whispers. Clarity is not in knowing all things, but in surrender to what is true. I am the seer and the seen, the dreamer and the dream.

I open my crown, lotus of eternal light. Here divinity is remembered, separation dissolves. In stillness I return to oneness, every heartbeat, every breath, Every birth beyond a death.

From root to crown, I bridge matter and spirit, fear and faith, body and soul.

I am the earth remembering the stars, and the stars remembering the earth.

I have always been whole, I have always been enough, and not I simply remember.
