New Shoes Help- Sizing

Im looking for new climbing shoes as i had La Sportiva Solutions for over two years now and been looking at getting the Madrock Drone D2.One HV.

I was curious about the sizing and what I should get, I wear a size 42 (9) in the Solutions and was thinking to get the same size in the Drones. I normally wear a 43 or 43.5 in street shoes
