Is this normal???

So I completed my application on Feb 9th.

Its been two weeks and no emails regarding decision form them came yet.

I am aware that admissions decision are made within four weeks.

I am just wondering wether if this is normal or not.

Because I saw a few Redditors here who got it after a week and a half; they might just be outliers.
