My Date's Ex Situationship blocked me

Problem/Goal: My date's ex situationship blocked me

Context:

I'm currently exclusively dating a 36(M) for almost 5 months. He's nice, consistent and emotionally invested in the relationship. We've briefly mentioned our previous relationships and exes before, and it got me curious who they were. He never showed me pictures of them, but he did mention his previous relationship was a situationship. Being the talented detective I am, I found his situationship's profile. I playfully asked him to confirm if she was really his situationship, he confirmed but didn't discuss it further. The next day, his ex situationship blocked me on social media (FB and IG).

Asking for advice:

Does this mean something? Did they talk? Feels too good to be a coincidence. Currently, a month after discovering the profile, it seems the situationship keeps blocking and unblocking me.
