Focally Positive Margin post LEEP

F30. HPV 16 positive. Recently had LEEP for CIN 2 with excision depth of 6 MM and reports came back with focally positive Ectocervical Margin. Benign Endocervical glands identified. How bad is this ?

I don’t want to repeat the procedure as preserving fertility is a concern for me and doctor has suggested follow-up in 6 months.

I and my spouse will get vaccinated soon. Is there anything else that I can do to support my immunity for natural clearance.
