Tips for revision

I hope you are all doing well in this month of Ramadan.

I'm starting to have issues in my hifz progression around revision. I'm at ~150pages "learned" but I make a lot of mistakes a bit everywhere.

I am dedicating most of my time with the Quran to revision (1h of revision per day, trying to review one juz along with a Qari to also fix my tajweed). And maybe 10/15mn for learning (aiming for 3 pages every 2 weeks).

The problem as I said is that I make a lot of mistakes and I feel like I'm not able to fix them all (if I spend more time on a juz my other ajza are getting weaker). I could spend more time on revision but it's hard with other responsibilities (I know it's not a real excuse). I try as well to recite the whole juz I review every day in prayer (but then I cannot know if I'm making mistakes).

Would you have any tips on how I could improve my revision/make less mistakes?

I thought of reciting alone (faster) instead of with the qari but I'm afraid that my tajweed will get worse.
