He unblocked me after 4months then blocked me again after 3 days. Can someone explain please?

He reached out after four months with a simple “Hey. How are you?” and asked if I was in Australia, where he works. I told him I’m waiting on my Australian visa and planning to return mid-year. After that, he blocked me again.
