Laboratories that offer uFTIR Spectro services

Does anyone know any laboratories that offer μFTIR spectroscopy services around cavite or manila? We badly need one for research purposes. Most of the ones we contacted and inquired to were either unavailable or not accepting blood samples kase. If anyone can recommend, please let me know thank you! 🙏
