Staticky/sensitive feeling after broken tibia

Last fall I was in a car accident, I broke my tibia and fibula and it was an open fracture. Ever since that happened i have had a static feeling to the bottom of my foot around the toes area when I try to move my toes around. And if someone were to touch that area it would feel super sensitive. Had anyone experienced this before?
