Working on a research-backed ADHD app for adults - need 2–3 people to help shape the final version

Guide

Hi everyone,
I’m currently building a small but unique project: a behavioral toolkit app designed specifically for ADHD adults struggling with consistency, structure, and daily functioning.

This isn’t a therapy substitute and doesn’t involve meds or diagnosis.
It’s a practical, research-backed tool inspired by cognitive science and lived ADHD challenges.

Some of the systems we’re building include:

  • executive dysfunction tools
  • task initiation warm-starts
  • time-blindness correctors
  • sleep/circadian stabilizers
  • next-step scaffolding
  • transition aids (to get unstuck)
  • reward-based motivation loops
  • lifestyle stability frameworks
  • micro-tools for daily overwhelm and burnout

A lot of Indian adults with ADHD don’t get access to consistent professional support, so the idea is to create a high-functioning self-help system that anyone can use.

I’m looking for:

  • testers
  • people who experience these issues and want to give input
  • anyone who wants to help shape this into something genuinely useful

If you want to collaborate or just see what I’m building, comment or DM me.
