West Penn power bill

Is anyone getting a crazy high bill this month? :(

I live in a 2BR apartment. Old building converted into a 12 unit apartment complex. I'm at the ground floor. Windows have terrible insulation and the cold basically seeps through even with the plastic insulators on them. I kept my temp around 67-69F.

I live alone with my dog.

Heat and stove are electric. I cook pretty regularly.

This month's bill for me is $335.00

I live alone and don't use the spare bedroom except for storage... :(
