TACX Vortex help please

TaxC vortex help

Hello,

I just bought a TaCX Vortex. It calibrates fine and set up okay but randomly im peddling and its barely registering it at all. After I looked and noticed a lot of like excess rubber from the tyre had come off. I am using a training tyre. Any ideas?
