Help!!! Potential mouth rot + dieting advice

I don’t currently have any pictures of the mouth rot, but I would like to know of any treatments I can do at home for the time being. My leopard gecko is also pretty overweight. Can anyone provide some advice for me? I didn’t want this to be my first post here but this is urgent.
