Why do controller players get hate?

I play without a controller but what do controller players have over the game? Like just get better on mobile. I've seen some mobile players in other games that use touch destroy console and pc players. Fortnite for example, they put you in lobbies with pc and controller players. So what's the actual issue? Want someone to blame? For being dog water?
