Dull pain in right testicle since 3 days

M19, 5.9, 150lbs from Austria

Since 3 days now, i have a dull, more or less constant pain in my right testicle, which is also sensitive to touch in the lower back part. In the first two days it was worse than it is now but it's still pretty consistently hurting, i'd say the pain is around a 3/10 with a maximum of around 4.5/10 on the first and second day.

Apart from the pain there are no symptoms like fever, swelling or anything like that. However in the first evening i had to pee 3 times in a row which was odd.

At the time before it started i did a lot of sport but i also sat much in case that helps. I masturbated for around an hour prior to the pain slowly kicking in which i guess could have somehow caused the pain.

I think that's about everything important there is to say about my complaint, i already googled much and from what i found it doesn't seem to be something serious but i guess that if it doesn't go away soon i will consult a urologist but i'd like to hear what you think this is and what i should do.
