Best option for first time microneedling; Exosomes or Lumi Meso Tox?

Hi all, after suffering with acne scars, rosacea and all around uneven skin texture for years I have finally decided to take the plunge and try microneedling to improve my skin. My local facialist offers both exosome microneedling and lumi meso tox for similar prices, was just wondering if anyone recommends one more highly then the other? Thanks in advance!
