Wired In-ear earbuds for someone whose ears only fit the Airpods Pro

I have tried various in-ears throughout my life and they always fit badly (often literally falling out something as small as a head tilt). This was true until the Airpods Pro which, unlike for others, fit brilliantly, even for exercise. I use the small eartips and have very small ears.

However, I'd like to buy some good *wired* earbuds (preferably < $150/£100), as I'm starting to find charging and general faff with Bluetooth annoying.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me that has knowledge of someone with my particular ear anatomy? thanks
