Obligatory daily Soul Stone question

I need some help deciding what to use 2 unpolished soul stones.
I have currently have SWK, Kigiri & Ingrid @ A5.
I have the following heros @ A2 and can take 2 of them to A3, Need some help deciding. Ne Zha , Velisse , Diochan, Constance, Valeriya & Xena. Ne Zha & Velisse is what I am leaning towards.
Some other context here is that I have Ezareth A2 so this pushing me to upgrade Velisse.
I also have couple hero's @ A1 that can be taken to A3 using both stones, these include Numera, Bubba, Rosalia & Anora.

Or should I hold these for the "New" guy coming ??
