Shield Arms S15 magazine fail

I bought three new S15 mags for my Glock 48 MOS, and the Sheild Arms mag catch. Right out of the box, I had 7 failures to feed/not feed properly. What can I do? I like these mags and want them to succeed but I cannot rely on them as they are now.
