Hernia surgery aftermath

Hello! I had umbilical and iguinal hernia surgery lapro on December 15th. I was very nervous for surgery and I mean shitting my pants nervous. But surgery went well I picked up a few neat tricks along the way in recovery and when people say that the 2nd day is the worst they are right it was terrible. But 2 months later now February 26th I am feeling amazing im back in the gym im running I had hernias for 18 years im 19 years old and I feel like a new chapter is starting! If anyone has questions I will answer just wanted to share some positivity an that the surgery is worth it
