RX 9070XT keeps crashing when it stays 100% util for long period of time

as the title says my GPU or PC sometimes crashes when the GPU is constantly 100% utilization idk why I'm playing at 1080p so it can't be that bad? idk what could be the issue cuz my frames are constant and decent but those crashes triggers me alot

today I got my PC hanging in loop had to force shutdown by holding

and other instance same day it hang then PC restart and event viewer isn't telling me the problem
