Symptoms - Query

M41 CF and CFRD sufferer (tricky to go into full detail due to… it’s a lot). Some of my meds are Alyftrek, Creon 25,000, Azithromycin, Sitagliptin, Sirdulpa, and Astreonam (nebulised).

Just after some basic advice, not a full diagnosis. I’m in discussion with my CF clinic and they’re struggling to explain my uptick and I’d like to understand it in case it comes back.

For a few years I was having blurred vision (mostly in my right eye), dizziness, tinnitus in the mornings, unsteadiness, collapses (where I remained conscious), a general feeling of weakness and fatigue, and just the feeling of being out. When walking I’d have to steady myself on walls.

During an inpatient stay when on IV antibiotics I felt a sharp pain in my chest for a moment then it radiated into my right arm. For a week I’d get the chest pain and pain in my arm and shoulder, then all my symptoms went away.

What does it sound like happened for my symptoms to go away, and what’s potentially the cause?
