Russian uniform cross-check in surrender-execution case

Hi OSINT community.

This russian soldier was supposedly a part of the 1152^(nd) motorized rifle regiment, and lost his life to a drone-explosion at an intersection on the M-18 highway near Stepnohirs'k, by the Zaporizhzhia front in the Orkihiv direction. Soldier is headed north towards the ukrainian front to surrender. He was supposedly executed by a russian drone to prevent his surrender.

Im wondering whether this soldier’s uniform matches that of the 1152nd Motorized Rifle Regiment.

Does any of you have knowledge of military uniforms, or know any OSINT databases or websites that could be of use here?
