Looking to work in norway as an Albanian citizen , any tips and guidance

Good evening I wanna start by saying the reason I wanna move to norway and work and start building a life there is because I currently really dislike the way I live and I just need to change things or at least try either by failing or succeeding.

I work in greece as a Yatch carpenter but I am an Albanian citizen by papers and I wanna move to norway and work I know that I can travel there but as far as I know I can't work there just with travel permit . and I don't know where to start and what to look for ... I am a 28 Y/O hard working man that's always worked on yatchs and shipyard as a carpenter I am willing to try and learn anything but I don't know where to start any tips and guidance would be appreciated so much . thank you.
