Turbo Tax Accuracy Guarantee

Hi all. My Live Expert this year discovered that my 2024 had not been correctly done by Turbo Tax last year.

I am still waiting for New York to process my Amended Return.

I do not recommend Turbo Tax.

Their Expert last year, did not account for the fact that only $20,000 of my Out-of-State Pension is excluded.

How did a Live Expert not catch this and/or TurboTax's Software?
