I have 9 extra more items on my SD card than my music backup folder

I have a folder on my computer where I save the flac files I put onto the SD card for my music, for some reason there’s about 9 extra items on my SD card. I used total commander to see if there’s any folders I missed transferring to my backup but I don’t see any more. Do SD cards come with extra items? Thank you for any help.
