Flytende rente or Fastrente - which is better for a house loan now?

Hi, i got a loan offer for 4.75% interest rate. But I have to decide which type of interest rate I should go for. Is this already a good rate? How big can the fluctuations in interest rates if I go for floating (flytende) interest rate?
