Which is worse: industrial or nipples?

I’ve got some jewellery already like nostril, septum, navel, hood, and nipples, but I’ve never pierced cartilage and the thought scares me. I know everyone has different anatomy and pain tolerance, but in your personal experience, was getting an industrial worse?
