"NEAR ME" Searches

So my clinic has been around for about 2 years, but for the longest time we barely showed up when people searched nearby. Honestly, what made the biggest difference wasn’t anything complicated :) it was just fixing up our Google Business Profile and focusing on reviews (there are tons of ways to do it, but we just focused on those two".

my team went back and made sure everything on the profile was accurate, like hours, services, photos, even small updates like holiday schedules. Then I started asking patients to leave reviews after their visits. At first it felt a little awkward, but once those reviews started coming in (and I made sure to reply to them), our visibility really picked up.

wasn’t overnight, but those two things alone, keeping the profile solid and building reviews (good or bad, i make sure to reply and address) finally got us showing up more often in “near me” searches. If you’re running a clinic or small practice, I’d say start there before worrying about the more advanced stuff. Just sharing, hoping this can help :) :) :)
